Stir-Fry Chicken, Beef or Pork

Cut up bite sized pieces of any meat, marinate if you have time
Bite-sized vegetables
Broccoli
Carrots
Onions
Cauliflauer
Red pepper
Any other vegetables you like
Peanuts or almonds

Heat olive oil in wok or fry pan and stir-fry meat for 2-3 minutes, until just barely cooked.  Remove from pan and set aside.
Heat pan and add vegetables with 1 Tbsp water.  Cover and cook 1 minute.  Discard meat juice and add meat to vegetables.  Stir fry together for 1-2 minutes and add teriyaki (or other oriental sauce) to mixture.  Add 1 tsp corn starch in 1/4 C cold water as it cooks to thicken.
Sprinkle peanuts on each serving.  Serve with rice.

I have a wok that I got as a wedding present about six years ago and I’ve never used it. I never knew how easy it was to prepare meals in it. I’ll have to throw some beef or chicken in it next time and make a stir-fry. I know I saw some coupons for a vegetable stir fry in the grocery the other day. Can you stir-fry noodles for pad thai in a wok?
