Chart of your progress with NT?

In BOOFJ, on page 108, some ideas for support are given.  One of them is “make a chart of your progress for encouragement.”  Has anyone done this?  I used to make weight loss charts for encouragement.  I like making charts, but I haven’t come up with an idea for chart to measure NT progress.  Does anyone have any creative ideas?

How would you chart things like when you stopped binging or the first time you went a week without dessert?  Charting our weight seems an unpleasant task.  What about a check-off list of milestones?  Or a list of the rules Jean listed in an earlier post that could easily be reviewed?  Just “thinking out loud” here.

...one thing I’ve done is as I was reading through the books, I had a notebook where I wrote down significant quotes or sections that were helpful.  Then when I am discouraged or need some reminders I re-read what I wrote in the notebook.  Sometimes writing down quotes helps me to reinforce what I just read.

Thanks, ANNUAL and MUNCHKIN, those are all good ideas.  I appreciate any/all encouragement and support with this NT approach right now.
